Custom & Personalized Items:

  • Because each item is made to order, custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Non-Custom Items:

  • If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the issue.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
