Please allow 3–7 business days for us to create and prepare your item for shipment.

Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer — we will provide an estimated delivery window at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Costs:

Domestic (U.S.): We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International: We ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We package each item carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. We recommend using shipping insurance.
